Sneaker enthusiasts don’t consider eBay to be a source of culture and creativity for the community, or expect a partnership with us to feel organic, authentic, and interesting. And while collabs are a tried & true tactic in the category, that makes it all the harder for one to break through and be memorable.

When it comes to artist collabs, storytelling is integral to the “sell.”

Sneakerheads are invested in the hype building up to a collaboration’s reveal, and the inspiration and intent behind the pieces are key to desirability. What makes this one interesting is that we aren’t just commissioning a custom pair of kicks, but auctioning off a number of diverse and desirable items that tell Neck’s personal story.

We’re brought the world of Neckface’s demons to life in a gritty and comical film kind of way. The cast: Neck’s band of demons.

Neck worked tirelessly to set traps for 3 dastardly demons trapping them all in a mysterious box. Each video will help inform the audience of the collaboration between Neckface x eBay and how they can bid for Neck’s SB Dunk Lows and the custom box via an eBay auction (where proceeds will go to The Skatepark Project).
