An evolution from previous product-focused campaigns for Panda Express, this focus on the guest experience unlocks a new way to connect to guests, showcasing the sensory experience with Sizzling Shrimp. Additional buzz and sales were generated by leveraging a cultural moment, NCAA’s March Madness, with a real-time social activation, Sizzling Streaks.

iSpot: Breakthrough Award Winner

This consumer-insight focused campaign earned the iSpot Breakthrough Award with strong ad recall rates, exceeded sales goals, and drove incremental purchases. Both awareness and guest satisfaction were higher than typical new product campaigns for Panda Express.
