An evolution from previous product-focused campaigns for Panda Express, this focus on the guest experience unlocks a new way to connect to guests, showcasing the sensory experience with Sizzling Shrimp. Additional buzz and sales were generated by leveraging a cultural moment, NCAA’s March Madness, with a real-time social activation, Sizzling Streaks.

This consumer-insight focused campaign earned the iSpot Breakthrough Award with strong ad recall rates, exceeded sales goals, and drove incremental purchases.
