Budget Blinds faced the challenge of low national awareness despite being North America's top custom window treatment provider. Their success at the local level wasn't translating into broader market recognition, mainly due to a lack of distinct brand messaging that could cut through the homogeneous advertising clutter of the category.
A Shift to Digital-First
To elevate the brand, we shifted the media strategy to a digital-first approach, targeting our newly defined "Statement & Style" audience with an emphasis on video streaming and podcasts. This reimagined media mix was designed to align with the consumption habits of our audience, bringing the brand's message of personalized, transformative window treatments directly to their screens and speakers.
A Fresh Approach that Paid Off
The campaign's fresh approach paid off as evidenced by a substantial 86% increase in brand consideration and a significant 14% rise in brand awareness. Additionally, there was a notable 29% uplift in positive brand impression.
